Our client faced allegations, as reported in The Daily Telegraph, involving a 'Drug lab found after $350k cocaine bust: NSW Police.' The client was charged with supplying 1.072kg of cocaine, possessing prohibited drugs (3 counts), possessing an expandable baton, possessing firearm ammunition, supplying 687.73g of methylamphetamine, and dealing with proceeds of crime.

Following meticulous preparation, comprehensive investigation, and thorough interviews, the Criminal Law division at JBP Law presented a compelling case to the Presiding Judge, seeking leniency for our client. After strategic negotiations between the Defence team and the Prosecution, the matter proceeded to a sentencing hearing before an experienced Judge.

Ultimately, the Presiding Judge was convinced that the client deserved some leniency, resulting in a minimum term of 2 years and 3 months of imprisonment, to be followed by parole.
